Campus Field Group works with candidates and causes across the political spectrum.
Campaigns keep trying to reach students without students.
Four reasons Campus Field Group hits where other field vendors miss.
We are the demographic.
Founded and staffed by current students. The founder is a University of Michigan student active in campus political clubs and discussion groups — in the rooms where young voters actually talk politics, every week.
We run field operations every single day.
The founder canvassed on national campaigns in 2024 through FieldWorks, one of the country's largest political field firms — and separately owns and operates a door-to-door sales company, running a rep team with daily morning meetings, performance reviews, and hands-on sales training. Recruiting, training, and managing people who knock doors isn't theory here. It's the day job.
Peer-to-peer works.
A conversation with a fellow student lands in a way a stranger twice their age never will. Same campus, same classes, same rent — the message gets heard instead of screened out.
Proof, not promises.
Our in-house verification platform means you see every contact — GPS-stamped, de-duplicated, live. The founder also built a fintech platform around broker-verified data, so building verification systems is his specialty. Field programs are notorious for unverifiable numbers. Ours are auditable.
“Young voters don't ignore politics. They ignore strangers. Put a student in front of a student and the conversation actually happens.”
Three steps to boots on the ground.

About the Founder.

Founder, Campus Field Group
Noah Findling is a University of Michigan student studying History with a minor in Entrepreneurship. In 2024 he canvassed on national campaigns through FieldWorks, one of the country's largest political field firms, learning firsthand how professional voter-contact programs are trained, managed, and measured.
He's also a serial founder who runs field teams for a living:
- ClearView
A window washing company Noah founded and operates, powered by a door-to-door sales team that knocks doors every day to generate jobs. Noah leads daily morning meetings to review what worked, coach reps, and teach new sales strategies — the same recruit-train-manage-measure loop that powers great canvassing operations.
- MakeBanq
A fintech platform Noah founded where investing creators connect their real brokerage accounts to display verified, broker-confirmed track records. Building systems that prove data is real is his specialty — the same thinking behind Campus Field Group's verified voter-contact platform.
- Findling Law
Noah handles marketing and AI systems implementation for Findling Law, a Metro Detroit law firm.
On campus, Noah is active in political clubs and discussion groups, keeping him inside the conversations young voters are actually having.
“Campaigns keep trying to reach students without students. We fixed that.”
